# The Housing Benefit Regulations 2006, Paragraph 42

Extent: E+W+S

Any payment made either by the Secretary of State for Justice or Scottish Ministers under a scheme established to assist relatives and other persons to visit persons in custody, but only for a period of 52 weeks from the date of the receipt of the payment.
