# The Housing Benefit Regulations 2006, Paragraph 48

Extent: E+W+S

The amount of any child maintenance bonus payable by way of jobseeker's allowance or income support in accordance with section 10 of the Child Support Act 1995 , or a corresponding payment under Article 4 of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 , but only for a period of 52 weeks from the date of receipt.
