  "text": "For the purposes of this Schedule where more than one person is liable to make payments in respect of a dwelling the “comparable rent for suitably sized accommodation” or “reasonable market rent” shall be apportioned on the same basis as such payments are apportioned under regulation 10(5) of the Regulations.",
