Regulation 3 Modification of the Social Security Act 1986

Section 30(2)(a) of the Social Security Act 1986 (housing benefit finance) shall be modified by inserting after the words “housing benefit” the words “and any rebate or allowance within the meaning of the Social Security and Housing Benefits Act 1982”.
