  "text": "(1) Schedule 3 to the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006 is amended as follows.\n(2) Omit paragraph 27(2)(e).\n(3) In paragraph 28—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1)(b), omit “but before 5th April 2020”; and\n(b) omit sub-paragraph (3)(e).\n(4) In paragraph 29—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1)(b), omit “before 5th April 2020”; and\n(b) omit sub-paragraph (3)(e)",
