  "text": "(1) This section elaborates on the provision that is to be made by regulations in accordance with section 25(3)(c).\n(2) Regulations must enable a person who has become a member of a scheme to choose to stop being a member.\n(3) Regulations must provide for a right of appeal to a court or tribunal against a decision of the person operating a scheme to stop another person’s membership of a scheme on the grounds that the person has not met the conditions for becoming or remaining a member.",
