# The Housing Corporation (Dissolution) Order 2009, Article 3: Final annual report


(1) The Regulator shall, as soon as reasonably practicable after 31st March 2009, make a report to the Secretary of State on the exercise of the Housing Corporation’s functions during the financial year ending on 31st March 2009.
(2) The Secretary of State shall lay a copy of the report before each House of Parliament.
