# The Housing Corporation (Dissolution) Order 2009, Paragraph 3: Housing Associations Act 1985


In section 75 (general functions of the relevant authority), at the end insert—
“(6) For the purposes of subsections (1)(c) and (e) and (4) “the Relevant Authority” means the Welsh Ministers only.”.
