Laid before Parliament 13th June 2000
Coming into force 4th July 2000
The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 12(1)(i), 17(1)(j), 27(1)(j) and 146(2) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
