  "text": "HOUSING, WALES\nMade 24th May 2001\nComing into force 1st July 2001\nThe National Assembly for Wales makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 12(1)(i), 17(1)(j), 27(1)(j) and 146(2) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996, which are now exercisable in relation to Wales by the National Assembly for Wales:",
