# The Housing Grants (Application Forms) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 27th August 2008
Coming into force 27th October 2008
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 237 and 330 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
