# The Housing Grants (Application Forms) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Housing Grants (Application Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 2003


In Schedule 1–
(a) in parts D2 and D(A)2 of the form of the Application for Improvement Grant not relating to works for a disabled occupant, for “Income support” substitute–
“Income support or income related employment and support allowance”; and
(b) in parts D13a and D(A)13a of the form of the Application for Improvement Grant not relating to works for a disabled occupant, for “Incapacity Benefit” substitute–
“Incapacity Benefit or contributory employment and support allowance”.
