# The Housing Grants (Application Forms) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Housing Grants (Application Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 2003


In Schedule 2–
(a) in part D2 of the form of the Application for Improvement Grant relating to works for a disabled occupant, for “Income support” substitute–
“Income support or income related employment and support allowance”; and
(b) in part D13a of the form of the Application for Improvement Grant relating to works for a disabled occupant, for “Incapacity Benefit” substitute–
“Incapacity Benefit or contributory employment and support allowance”.
