# The Housing Grants (Application Forms) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008, Regulation 6: Amendment of the Housing Grants (Application Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 2003


In Schedule 4–
(a) in parts D2 and D(A)2 of the form of the Application for Grant for a means of escape from fire in a house in multiple occupation, for “Income support” substitute–
“Income support or income related employment and support allowance”; and
(b) in parts D13a and D(A)13a of the form of the Application for Grant for a means of escape from fire in a house in multiple occupation, for “Incapacity Benefit” substitute–
“Incapacity Benefit or contributory employment and support allowance”.
