  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations prescribe the application forms for improvement grant, improvement grant for works for disabled occupants, repairs grant and grant for a means of escape from fire for a house in multiple occupation.\nThe Schedules to the Regulations set out the form of the applications.\nThe Regulations revoke the existing application forms for improvement grant and repairs grant set out as Forms 2 and 3 in the list of forms in the Schedule to the Housing (Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 1980.",
