# The Housing Grants (Application Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 2003, Regulation 5: Application Forms


The form of the application set out in Schedule 4 is prescribed as the form of the application for grant for a means of escape from fire in a house in multiple occupation to be used for the purposes of section 249 of the Act.
