# Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1981, Article 159: Department's power to enter on land, etc.


Articles 13 and 14 (Executive's power to enter on land and to obtain information as to the ownership of land) shall apply in relation to the functions exercisable by the Department under this Order as if for any reference in those Articles to the Executive there were substituted a reference to the Department.
