# The Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 2003, Article 110: Interpretation of Chapter V

Extent: N.I.

In this Chapter—
“deferred action notice” shall be construed in accordance with Article 111;
“flat”, “house” and “owner” have the meaning given in Article 2 of the Order of 1981; and
“flat in multiple occupation” means a house in multiple occupation within the meaning of the Act of 2016 which is a flat .
