# The Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 2003, Article 135: Definition of “homelessness”


In Article 3 of the Order of 1988 (homelessness and threatened homelessness), in paragraph (1) for the words “in Northern Ireland” there shall be substituted “ available for his occupation in the United Kingdom or elsewhere ”.
