Laid before Parliament 18th March 1997
Coming into force 8th April 1997
The Secretary of State for the Environment as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers under section 614 of the Housing Act 1985 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—
