# The Housing (Prescribed Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing (Prescribed Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 8th April 1997.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Housing (Prescribed Forms)(No. 2) Regulations 1990, and a reference to a numbered form in the Second Schedule to these Regulations is a reference to the form bearing that number in the Schedule to the principal Regulations.
