Laid before Parliament 23rd April 1991
Coming into force 14th May 1991
The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 614 of the Housing Act 1985 as extended by subsections (2) and (3) of the section 2 of the Welsh Language Act 1967 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
