# The Housing (Prescribed Forms) Regulations 1990, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 5th March 1990
Laid before Parliament 9th March 1990
Coming into force 1st April 1990
The Secretary of State for the Environment as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales as respects Wales, in exercise of their powers under sections 294(3), 330(3), 332(1)(a) and 614 of the Housing Act 1985, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—
