# The Housing (Prescribed Forms) Regulations 1990, Regulation 1: Citation commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing (Prescribed Forms) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st April 1990.
(2) In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Housing Act 1985.
