  "text": "(1) The forms set out in the Schedule, or forms substantially to the like effect, shall be the forms to be used for the following purposes of the Act—\n(a) Form 1 for the order under section 294 (extinguishment of public rights of way over land acquired);\n(b) Form 3 for the licence of a local housing authority under section 330 (overcrowding);\n(c) Form 4 for the information to be contained in rent books under section 332 (provisions regarding overcrowding).",
