  "text": "The local housing authority shall on the same date\n(a) publish in one or more local newspapers circulating in their district a notice in the form set out in the Schedule as Form 2, or in a form substantially to the like effect, and\n(b) cause a copy of the same notice to be displayed in a prominent position at each end of the public right of way to which the order relates.",
