In regulation 2 (interpretation)—
(a)
after the definition of “invalid carriage or other vehicle”, insert—
““the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations” means the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996f1;”;
(b)
in the definition of “the McFarlane Trusts”, for “McFarlane” substitute “MacFarlane”; and
(c)
in the definition of “young person”, after “income support” insert “or income-based job seeker’s allowance”.
