Article 2

The saving in paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Housing Act 1974 (Commencement No. 6) Order 1979^f1 shall cease to have effect in relation to the repeal of section 24 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Housing Act 1961^f2 except in relation to any order made under section 24 before 19th September 1990.
