Article 2 Amounts of Discount

The following amounts of discount are specified for the purpose of section 17(1)(a) of the Housing Act 1996 (the right to acquire)—

(a)

£16,000 where a dwelling is in one of the areas specified in Schedule 1 to this Order;

(b)

£13,500 where a dwelling is in one of the areas specified in Schedule 2 to this Order;

(c)

£11,000 where a dwelling is in one of the areas specified in Schedule 3 to this Order;

(d)

£10,000 where a dwelling is in one of the areas specified in Schedule 4 to this Order; and

(e)

£9,000 where a dwelling is in one of the areas specified in Schedule 5 to this Order.
