# The Housing (Right to Acquire) (Discount) Order 2002, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Housing (Right to Acquire) (Discount) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 10th May 2002.
(2) In this Order “area” means a county or district in England, a London borough, or the City of London.
