  "text": "(1) A person aggrieved by a determination under paragraph 2A(a)(i), may appeal to the sheriff.\n(2) On an appeal under this paragraph the sheriff may make such order relating to the term of the charging order as the sheriff thinks fit.\n(3) The decision of the sheriff on appeal under this paragraph is final.",
