  "text": "This Scottish Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct errors in S.S.I. 2002/318 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that instrument.\nHOUSING\nMade 5th September 2002\nLaid before the Scottish Parliament 9th September 2002\nComing into force 30th September 2002\nThe Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11(1) and 109(2) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:",
