# Housing (Scotland) Act 2001, Paragraph 1: New Towns (Scotland) Act 1968 (c.16)


In the New Towns (Scotland) Act 1968, in—
(a) section 36B (additional power to dispose of property etc.), and
(b) section 36D (transfer orders),
the words “Scottish Homes,” in each place where they occur are repealed.
