# Housing (Scotland) Act 2001, Paragraph 12: Housing (Scotland) Act 1986 (c.65)


Section 13(2) (amendment of section 106(2) of the Housing Associations Act 1985) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1986 is repealed.
