# Housing (Scotland) Act 2001, Paragraph 28: Public Finance and Accountability (Scotland) Act 2000 (asp 1)


(1) Paragraph 3 of schedule 1 (capital expenditure of, and borrowing by, certain statutory bodies) to the Public Finance and Accountability (Scotland) Act 2000 is repealed.
(2) Paragraph 7 of schedule 4 (modification of enactments) to that Act is repealed.
