  "text": "(1) Except for sections 109 and 110 and this section, the provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by order appoint.\n(2) Different days may be appointed under this section for different purposes or different areas.\n(3) This Act may be cited as the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001.",
