  "text": "(1) Scottish Homes is dissolved on such date as the Scottish Ministers may by order specify.\n(2) The Scottish Ministers may by order make such incidental, supplemental, consequential, transitional, transitory or saving provision as they think necessary or expedient in consequence of or in connection with—\n(a) the transfer of functions, property, liabilities and staff of Scottish Homes, or\n(b) the dissolution of Scottish Homes.",
