  "heading": "Implementation of agreed proposals",
  "text": "(1) Agreed proposals are binding on and accordingly must be implemented by—\n(a) the Regulator,\n(b) the registered social landlord,\n(c) the registered social landlord's creditors (both secured and unsecured), and\n(d) any liquidator, administrative receiver, receiver or administrator appointed in respect of the registered social landlord or its land.\n(2) The registered social landlord's officers must co-operate in the implementation of agreed proposals.\nBut this subsection does not require or allow officers to do anything in breach of a fiduciary or other duty owed by them.",
