  "heading": "Failure by manager to implement agreed proposals",
  "text": "(1) This section applies where a registered social landlord, or any of its creditors, applies to the Court of Session on the ground that a manager has acted otherwise than in accordance with agreed proposals.\n(2) The Court may—\n(a) confirm, modify or reduce any decision or other act of the manager,\n(b) give the manager directions, or\n(c) make such other order as the court thinks fit.",
