# Housing (Scotland) Act 2014, Paragraph 18


In section 60(3)—
(a) for “sheriff”, where it first occurs, substitute “ First-tier Tribunal ” and, where it second occurs, substitute “Tribunal”,
(b) the words from “and” to the end are repealed.
