# Housing (Scotland) Act 2014, Paragraph 14


(1) The Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 is amended as follows.
(2) Section 40(4)(g)(v) is repealed.
(3) Section 65(2)(d) is repealed.
(4) Section 84(2)(c) is repealed.
