Section 88 Maintenance ordersI1

In section 42(2) of the 2006 Act (circumstances in which a maintenance order may be made)—

(a)

the words “the local authority considers” are repealed,

(b)

before paragraph (a), insert—

“(za)
a work notice has been served in relation to the house and no certificate has been granted under section 60 in relation to the work required by that notice,”, and

(c)

at the beginning of each of paragraphs (a) and (b), insert “ the local authority considers ”.
