The Rent (Scotland) Act 1984 is modified as follows.

In section 89A (premiums: regulations), after subsection (4) insert—

“(4A)

Regulations under subsection (1) may—

(a)

include incidental, supplementary, consequential, transitional, transitory or saving provision,

(b)

modify any enactment (including this Act).”.
