  "text": "(1) The Scottish Ministers must, as soon as practicable after the end of each reporting period, prepare and publish a report on the use of Housing First tenancies.\n(2) A report under subsection (1) must include—\n(a) information on action being taken to widen access to Housing First tenancies,\n(b) the number of Housing First tenancies commenced or active during the reporting period,\n(c) information on how the Homelessness Network Scotland’s “Principles of Housing First” are being implemented, and\n(d) any other information that the Scottish Ministers consider appropriate.\n(3) The report must be laid before the Scottish Parliament as soon as practicable after the end of each reporting period.\n(4) In this section, “reporting period” means—\n(a) in the case of the first report, the period of 12 months beginning with the day this section comes into force,\n(b) each successive period of 12 months.",
