  "text": "(1) The Fuel Poverty (Targets, Definition and Strategy) (Scotland) Act 2019 is modified as follows.\n(2) In section 15 (funding of the Scottish Fuel Poverty Advisory Panel)—\n(a) in subsection (1), the words “Subject to subsection (2),” are repealed,\n(b) subsections (2) to (6) are repealed.",
