  "text": "There shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament—\n(a) any payment made under Part I or II of this Act by the Secretary of State for the Environment or the Secretary of State for Wales;\n(b) any payment made under the said Part II by the Secretary of State for Scotland;\n(c) any increase attributable to any of the provisions of this Act in the sums payable out of moneys so provided under any other Act.",
