This Order in relation to the year 1987-88—

(i)

fixes the estimated aggregate amount of the housing support grants payable under section 1 of the Housing (Financial Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1978 to certain local authorities in Scotland; and

(ii)

prescribes the method of apportionment of housing support grants among those authorities.
