  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order fixes for the year 1992—93 the aggregate amount of the housing support grants payable to certain local authorities under section 191 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987; lists the authorities among whom the grants will be apportioned and prescribes the method of apportionment among those authorities of the general and hostel portions of the aggregate amount.",
