This Order fixes for the year 1995-96 the aggregate amount of the housing support grants payable to some local authorities under section 191 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987; lists the authorities among whom the grants will be apportioned; and prescribes the method of apportionment among those authorities of the general and hostel portions of the aggregate amount.
