Coming into force 1st April 2000
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 191 and 192 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987f1 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, after consultation with such associations of local authorities as appear to them to be concerned, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has in accordance with section 191(9) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:
